New website after major redesign              

VenueManager.net has been through a significant redesign with our website renewal. This was done to embrace the expansion and reorganisation that the company underwent by bringing VM POS into the family and launching a new logo and colours.

It’s a natural part of brand development and helps us communicate more, says Marketing Manager, Asbjørn Krog.

Art Director Jakob Roer Askholm has been at the forefront of the redesign, and he has been busy. The new website contains much more content. It has required talking to everyone in the company, so the site presents both products and solutions, and all employees at Venue Manager.

When you go to venuemanager.net you can see the four main products with ticket platform, access control, Venue App, registers and terminals. But all the underlying options, such as different terminals, are also included.

Before, we experienced that customers were occasionally surprised by some of our solutions because we did share everything on the website. Now they can see it all, says Jakob Roer Askholm.

An example is a ticket exchange, which makes it possible for a guest to sell their ticket to others. If for example. they can’t attend an event. This has long been possible via Venue Manager’s platform – actually since 2016, but it’s been a bit of a secret.

Cases and estimates

A central part of the website renewal and new venuemanager.net is that products and solutions are not only described, but also displayed in use. There are several cases that explain how sports clubs, amusement parks, festivals, and other customers have had solutions designed for their specific needs. These cases show the idea behind the solutions and provide inspiration for solutions in the respective industries.

Venue Manager’s customers range widely from stores that need a few cash registers, to large 360° solutions with ticket sales, app, access control turnstiles, physical and online merchandise sales. So it’s important to be able to see what’s relevant to the industry you yourself are in.

It’s also now possible to get a price estimate for solutions to the needs you have. This makes it more transparent for customers. They should like to be able to see themselves that their needs are solved. Also what the economics will look like before the final solution and price are discussed, says Jakob Roer Askholm.

The site also explains more about the whole company and shows all employees. There will also be opportunities for additional media formats because the site is more flexible. For example, when the director makes a podcast with an interesting expert from the sports industry, this can also be posted on the website.
