Kölngalopp
Kölngalopp (Kölner Renn-Verein 1897 eV) is a horse racing club in Cologne, the fourth largest city in Germany. Their racecourse is 55 hectares in size, and approx. A total of 100,000 people visit the races over the course of a year.
The collaboration between the Venue Manager and Kölngalopp stretches back to 2021 and since then the Venue Manager has been responsible for Kölngalopp’s ticket system, APP and checkout and payment system. Kölngalopp wanted to digitize the business and thereby increase customer satisfaction before, during and after the events.

Fact: Kölner Renn-Verein was the first customer of Venue Manager, which was a German horse racing club – and many others followed. At the same time, they were also the first customer to introduce the German Venue POS solution.
