We are delighted to welcome Dyrehavsbakken as a new customer and partner.

Dyrehavsbakken wants to improve their customers’ experience in the theme park while renewing and optimising their administrative processes.

In the Bakken solution, it will be possible for day visitors to buy a mood card, which acts as a kind of pass to the various attractions.
In addition, season ticket holders will be able to obtain a turban when they arrive at the park. It will also be possible to pay with vouchers, vouchers and cash at each attraction and selected games, which will be controlled by hand scanners that will also be used for access control.

Unfortunately Bakken has due to. Coronavirus had to postpone their official opening this year to the d. 30th of April. Fortunately, this just gives us more time to implement the new solutions in the first phase of the project, which is the access control.

Bakken is the world’s oldest amusement park. Since Kirsten Piil discovered the healing spring more than 400 years ago, Bakken has attracted millions of summer visitors from near and far. Bakken is visited by around 2,300,000 visitors every year, making it the second most visited attraction in Denmark.

Bakken is located 10 km north of Copenhagen in the middle of the green beech forest near Klampenborg, together with the Circus Revue, in an area that is protected as part of the Dyrehavens conservation area. Visitors can enjoy 32 moving rides, 46 fun games, plenty of good food and musical entertainment in the Bakken’s many restaurants and bars. Last but not least, Bakken is home to the Circus Revue, Bakkens Hvile and Korsbæk.
